How To Stay Young FOREVER!






A GUIDE TO BEING , STAYING & FEELING YOUNG FOREVER!



  • We can feel young at heart. STOP constantly reminding yourself that you're getting older! Everyone is!  Always think about the joy everyday ahead will hold.
  • SMILE! You look younger when you smile.... plus people will wonder what you are up to ;)
  • Enjoy the small things. Take time to really take in everything you have in your life. The air you breath, the roof of your head, the food in your belly, the people in your life.


  • BE ACTIVE every day. Go on a walk, join a yoga class, whatever it just just get up and move! Not only does exercise make you happier; it helps you stay young at a cellular level. In fact, scientists received a Nobel Prize for discovering this incredible way to prevent premature aging. Basically, when telomeres shorten (which are the bookends of your DNA), you age—this is essentially like reading the biological clock of your body. Bring in cardiovascular exercise and you slow the process of the telomere shortening because it ignites the enzyme telomerase which in turn, stabilizes the telomere. Science aside, exercise to stay young, active, happy and fit. 

  • Take interest in activities that younger people enjoy. This will help you keep up to date.
  • Read about and keep up with all new technology & all types of new music
    • Spotify, for your phone or computer, has great playlist like Discover Weekly & New Music to show you new and up and coming artists.
  • Be with young people. Their liveliness and outlook on life will make you feel young
    • Join a theater group or read to children at the local library.
  • Read PopCulture blogs like PerezHitlon.com, Failblog.org and Geeksugar.com
  • Get rid of excessive fat. Extra weight makes you look older
  • Sleep well. Adequate rest is essential
  • DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER
  • Get out of the house. Get outside. Experience the the world around you
  • Eat the right kind of food to keep up energy levels
  • Have a sense of HUMOR. You be jovial. Keeping good cheer is important for good health
  • Keep cool. Do not lose your temper. Be patient
  • Be involved in new activities
  • Join a local group (if you don't know where to start, try www.meetup.com)
  • One must stay active. Keep yourself busy with some activity or the other
  • Honesty pays. It is good to avoid telling lies. Be honest to yourself as well
  • PLAY!! DO not forget to be goofy and play! Dance, sing, tell jokes, laugh, play pranks on your friends, have girls/guys night! Play and enjoy life!
  • Have supportive and loving relationships. Support extended from others helps you to cope up with life better
  • Maintain a positive outlook towards life
  • Appreciate yourself! Be gentle to yourself
  • Improve your self-esteem and self-image
  • Do not be over critical
  • Keep learning!! Be a student of the world forever... you can never have too much knowledge. The more you know, the more you have to talk about with other, which leads to more friends and more adventures. KEEP LEARNING!
  • Read. This goes along with Learning but reading keeps your mind sharp and your imagination blooming!
  • Avoid comparison with others
  • Try new things & places; restaurants, yoga, meditation, movies, stores, towns, etc...
  • Take part in new activities. Maybe take a class, try a new sport or join a club
  • Get involved with a charity or community service
  • Explore New Romance, or Re-Kindle An Existing Romance
  • Yoga also helps you stay young

  • Focus on the things you’re grateful for
  • Acknowledge and express your feelings
  • Take daily action to deal with life’s challenges and opportunities
  • Ayurveda can do wonders ;)









One needs to be active and energetic to feel young. It is healthy to feel young. SO, BE HAPPY, BE HEALTHY and FEEL YOUNG!
